Robel Innovations Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to its website at robel-innovations.com (“the Website”). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information submitted to us, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 (“the Law”).

2. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information about visitors, other than information you choose to submit to us:

Through the contact form: first and last name, phone number, email address, company name, job title, country and the content of your message.

Through job applications: if you send your CV to Jobs@Robel-Innovations.com, we receive the details included in the CV, in any letters of recommendation and in your email.

Through competition and program applications (such as 30 Under 30 in Defense and 10Defense): the details requested in the application form, which may include title, first and last name, ID number, mobile phone number, email address, startup or company name and website, a personal message, and files you upload, such as a profile photo, an application letter and a recommendation letter.

This information is collected only when you choose to submit a form or send us an application.

3. How we use the information

We use the personal information we receive only for the following purposes:

• Contacting you and responding to your inquiry
• Providing information or services you requested
• Managing ongoing business communication related to your inquiry
• Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates
• Managing registration to competitions and programs, reviewing applications and contacting applicants
• Sending updates and marketing messages, only if you have given your explicit consent, as described in section 7

We will not use the information for any other purpose and will not transfer it to third parties, except as described in sections 6 and 7, with your explicit consent, or where required by law.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given freely and on your own initiative when you submit a form or send us an application, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law.

5. Storage and security

We take reasonable and accepted security measures to protect the personal information submitted to us against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or destruction. Identification details, such as an ID number, are used only for the purpose for which they were requested.

Information is kept only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing of information

Competition partners: some competitions and programs on the Website are organized jointly with Aromedia Israel Ltd. Information submitted in applications to these competitions is transferred to and stored in the databases of both companies, and each company handles it in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Service providers: the Website is hosted by an external hosting provider, and messages and applications are received by email through Google Workspace. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us.

Apart from the above, we will not transfer personal information to third parties unless you have given explicit consent, or we are required to do so by a court order or by a competent authority under law.

7. Marketing messages

We will send updates, news and advertisements by email or SMS only if you have explicitly agreed to receive them, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us at Info@robel-innovations.com.

8. Your rights

Under Amendment No. 13 to the Law, you have the right to:

• Review the information we hold about you
• Request that the information be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date
• Request that the information be deleted, subject to the law

9. Cookies

The Website may use cookies for technical purposes and to improve the user experience only, without storing personally identifying information. The accessibility menu may store your display preferences in your browser.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, at our discretion or following changes in the law. The date of the latest update will be published on this page, and continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
